Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all promotional designs (both digital-based & print-based) including flyers, brochures, banners, logos, newsletters, mailers using Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver & etc)
  • Develop design, improve and propose artwork, fresh design and visual ideas in all aspects of creative works for our social media and websites
  • Creative ideas and concepts in developing interactive and sales driven designs
  • Solid understanding in programming language (HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript & etc) and good exposure towards Designing Tools
  • Manage/Update existing e-commerce and social media websites as necessary
  • Lead a team to support with planning, creating and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company branding and products
  • Identify and plan for new digital features and strategize the efficiencies in the department's delivery of works.
  • Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
  • Suggest and implement new mobile applications and protocols to the Management.
  • Remain up to date with the terminology, concept, and best practices for coding mobile apps
  • Work closely with team to constantly innovate app functionality and design
  • Use and adapt existing web applications.
  • Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences
  • Contribute to our growing knowledge network - a resource of answers to improve resolution for the team
  • Stay up to date with all the new features and integrations of e-commerce platforms (Lazada,Shopee,Mplus website,PG Mall)
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions to support our E-Commerce platforms
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies

Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Multimedia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Motivated, able to work independently and under minimum supervision
  • Basic knowledge on how server, cloud storage and networking perform
  • IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
  • Demonstrable portfolio of E-Commerce back-end experience
  • Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Good analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical plans
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
