JR46432 Quality Technician

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

As a part of Quality Systems team focusing on the 6S program in MNG/MMP, you will be responsible for assisting 6S Engineer support for the implementation and sustaining of 6S routine job and facilitating tactical Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts. You will also be responsible to assist the 6S Engineer to perform 6S Global Audit. The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished.

To assist 6S Engineer on below tasks (but not limited to):

- Continuous 6S improvement following 6S Global Standard
- Assist production and non-production on 6S standard.
- To give direction, help in preparing the 6S layouts that will assist in improving the manufacturing processes and production.
- To furnish 6S daily audit tracking
- Perform other duties when needed and standardize in every working station.
- To assist 6S engineer to ensure every working station clean and tidy at production.
- Involve in MMP start up for extension building - 6S activity.
- To assist 6S Engineer for achieving 6S Global Standard scoring for MMP
- To perform 6S audit at Production and Office
- To assist 6S engineer to perform Monthly Area Audit according to Global Standard
