JR47975 Quality Supervisor

QA supervisor is managing a group of operators and technicians to perform the QC monitoring.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise a Quality team consisting of skilled operators to meet in-process and outgoing quality targets
- Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of Quality and continuous improvement
- Communicate handing/taking over duties/issues between shifts
- Communicating and liaise with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily quality issues
- Nurture operators' and technician career development through coaching and on-the-job training
- Create and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that instills teamwork, commitment and ownership in the team
- Work to create a culture of learning and sharing of Best Known Methods to simplify procedures and process flows

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in HVM industrial preferably Semiconductor or E&E
- Able to work with little or no direct supervision
- Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently
- Show leadership qualities
- Good team player
- Good listening skills and motivational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Open to working shift and overtime
