**QA Supervisor**

As a Quality Supervisor, you will work with the site stakeholders (Process and Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer etc.) to drive for product Out-going Quality control (OSI and OBA). You will support quality systems by providing key metrics, support quality systems strategic direction, participate in quality activities and interacting on continuous improvement projects. Additional responsibilities include serving as the site quality liaison for partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for quality documentation, and developing relationships to collaboratively generate new ideas and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive quality consistency for all SSD/Module product
- Continuously improve the OSI/OBA business processes
- Setup and maintain OSI and OBA processes at Micron Penang
- Perform OSI/OBA product inspection and characterize key defects & DPM
- Setup Quality control program and reaction mechanism in OSI/OBA inspections
- Manage product disposition through OSI/OBA OCAP and MRB (GDMS)
- Support First Article Inspection activities for new qualification products.
- Work with global stakeholders on process alignment across network
- Ability to work with external and internal groups with a positive, customer service orientated attitude.
- Participate in ISO, Customer and Regulatory audit as when needed
- Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and continuous improvement
- Communicate handing/taking over duties/issues between shifts
- Communicating and liaise with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily production issues
- Nurture operators' career development through coaching and on-the-job training
- Create and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that instills teamwork, commitment and ownership in the team
- Work to create a culture of learning and sharing of Best Known Methods to simplify procedures and process flows

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Able to work with little or no direct supervision
- Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently
- Show leadership qualities
- Good team player
- Good listening skills and motivational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Open to working shift and overtime
