Quality Control Oversight: The QC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the entire dyeing and finishing process to ensure that it meets quality standards. This involves supervising various stages of production, including dyeing, colour mixing, finishing, and inspection.

2. Quality Assurance Procedures: The QC Supervisor develops and implements quality assurance procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent and high-quality production. They establish quality benchmarks, specifications, and testing methods to ensure that finished products meet or exceed customer expectations.

3.Testing and Inspection: The QC Supervisor conducts rigorous testing and inspection of dyed fabrics or materials to assess colour accuracy, colourfastness, durability, texture, and overall quality. They may use various testing equipment and instruments to perform these assessments.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records is crucial. The QC Supervisor maintains detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and results. They generate reports to communicate quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions to management and relevant departments.

5. Quality Audits: Regularly conducting quality audits to identify potential issues or areas for improvement within the dyeing and finishing processes. These audits help ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed and that any deviations are addressed promptly.

6. Training and Development: The QC Supervisor may train and educate dyeing house staff on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices. They work to ensure that all employees involved in the production process understand and adhere to quality requirements. Train the QA or QC to understand 4 point checking system.

7. Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments, such as production, operations, and customer service, to address quality-related concerns and ensure that production processes are aligned with customer specifications.

8. Problem Solving: In case of quality issues or deviations, the QC Supervisor is responsible for identifying the root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing similar issues from occurring in the future.

9. Continuous Improvement: Strives for continuous improvement by analysing quality data, identifying trends, and proposing process enhancements to optimize product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that the dyeing and finishing processes adhere to relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.

11. Customer Interaction: Interacts with customers to understand their quality requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on quality control measures.

12. Resource Management: Manages resources, including equipment, testing materials, and manpower, to effectively carry out quality control activities.

13. Perform other related responsibilities or ad hoc duties as required by superior.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
