**About the Role**:
As a Data Entry Admin, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining company records in databases and filing systems. You’ll also assist with administrative support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems accurately.
- Maintain organized filing of physical and digital documents.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and update reports as required.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Work Location: In person
