**Job Scope**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming environment in the outlet.
- Offer personalized skincare consultations and recommend products based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding.
- Assist customers in product selection and encourage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the boutique.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and trends in the beauty industry.

**Compensation Packages**:

- Grooming Allowance
- 15% Employer EPF
- Product Claim (up to RM4.8k)
- Staff Purchase - 50%
- OT
- Commission Up to RM3.5k

**Locations available**:

- Pavilion Damansara Heights (KL)
- The Gardens (KL)

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Fresh Grads are welcome (SPM and above)
- Able to speak English & Bahasa
- 6 days OFF /month (No off day on weekend or public holiday)
- Online interview if profile shortlisted
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays (Shift between 10am to 10pm).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
