**A. **MAIN DUTIES**
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle stock counts
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Respond and process internal purchase requisition; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
- Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports; review reports monthly with Superior
- Managing and updating the inventory systems
- Performing regular inventory checks and maintaining a record of the same day
- Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining daily inventory reports
- Returning and replacing any damaged/wastage products
- Performing regular inventory audits and sports check stock count if necessary

**B. **COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**

EDUCATION LEVEL
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Logistics or any related fields.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar position.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL
- Complete knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes Zoho Inventory and inflow Inventory
- Must be dependable, able to follow instruction and responds to the Management directions.
- Energetic, responsible, confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Having an eye for detail
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
