Warehouse Manager

To oversees and ensure warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
- Manage and oversee the entire warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure raw materials / equipment’s are stored in an organized manner and in optimal conditions.
- To assist in recruiting / training / supervising warehouse staff.
- Set employee goals and objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure staff are adequately trained and adhere to safety standards and procedures.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement effective stock control systems to minimize shrinkage and losses.
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile with the inventory system.
- Coordinate with Procurement teams for timely delivery and shipment.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
- Optimize the use of warehouse space and layout.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- In-charge of SAP system operation and maintenance.
- To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.
- To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
- To maintain the departmental documentation.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Working experience**:Minimum 10 years**of a warehouse manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.

**Working Hours**
- Mon-Fri : 7.30am-5pm
- Saturday: 7.30am-11.30am

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
