Position : Web Developer (UI/UX Designer)
Location : Sungai Petani
Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 3,500

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for building intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that please our users as an UI/UX Designer. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, conduct user research, and turn findings into successful design solutions. Your understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as your ability to build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, will be critical to your success in this role.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Cloud, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Sketch
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to develop medium to high fidelity UI solutions.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to gain a better understanding of user behaviour and needs.
- Analyse research data and obtain actionable insights to inform design decisions.
- Define project needs and goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user journeys.
- Design improvements should be made based on usability testing, user feedback, and project needs.
- Create high-quality design deliverables by using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Create user interfaces with eye-catching visuals and clear navigation that adhere to project goals and brand standards.
- Ensure consistency and usability across different platforms and devices.
