**Smart Contract Developer**

**Job Overview**:
The **Smart Contract Developer** will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts across various blockchain platforms. You will ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of our contracts, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Smart Contract Architecture**: Lead the design and architecture of secure and scalable smart contracts that meet business and technical requirements.
- **Development and Deployment**:Write, optimize, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and others.
- **Security Audits**:Conduct thorough security audits of smart contracts to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- **Code Review and Mentorship**:Review code for quality and security, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- **Collaboration**:Work with product owners, project managers, and other developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- **Optimization and Troubleshooting**: Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies, smart contract development tools, and industry best practices.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of software development experience. Any experience in smart contract development is a plus.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Vyper, or other blockchain programming languages is a plus.
- Proven track record of deploying secure smart contracts in production environments is a plus.
- Experience with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Solana) and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cryptography and blockchain security practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
