**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate trading and logistics activities, including sales operations.
- Attend industry events and trade fairs to expand business networks.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and manage business documents, contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.
- Support finance and HR with payroll, procurement, and expense tracking.
- Handle office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Distribution, Brand Build and trading regulations is a plus.
