_**Requirement**:_
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent
- Min 2 years' experience in Marketing / Business Management
- Client-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude
- Good communication and writing in English are a must

- To monitor the various media platforms for potential opportunities
- Perform information gathering and research on the potential projects
- Make introductory contact with potential clients, including submission of letter of introduction, collaterals and presentation
- Perform site recce and site visits of potential projects
- Attend meetings, site visits and tender brief
- Assist with the preparation and coordination with various departments of Tenders and perform tender related activities
- Perform follow-ups on participated tenders and updating on any progress
- Monitor and update on the potential project list

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wangsa Maju: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction management: 3 years (preferred)
- Interior Design: 3 years (preferred)
- Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
