Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Rubber Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or technical sales . (Preferably form Automotive Industry)
- Proven track record in dealing with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or aftermarket clients.
- Mandarin Literate (Added Advantage)
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket clients.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet customer expectations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in line with company policy.
- Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, QA) for new product development and order fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM/database and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
