About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Flovaco Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth delivery of our products and services to our valued customers. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organization. You will play an important role to:

  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
  • Handle customers inquiries, provide product information and assist with order processing.
  • Assist sales team to process quotation, sales document, reporting, follow up and after sales service.
  • Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage sales calls and check inventory.
  • Keeping track of customers' orders and updating customers on the order status.
  • Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.

  • Possess own vehicle and able to work at Elmina Business Park, Sungai Buloh.
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and motivated.
