Sales Construction Executive

We are hiring Sales Construction Executives to join our client's expanding team in the construction materials industry. What You'll Be Doing- Manage assigned customer territories and meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule 5–8 client meetings per day.
- Develop and register at least 3–4 new customer accounts per month.
- Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients every 8 weeks.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations (2–4 sessions/month).
- Carry out site visits and demos at least twice a week.
- Submit weekly sales plans and expense claims on time.
- Ensure all client contact information is updated and categorized properly.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, self-driven, and meticulous in follow-ups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) – ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
