Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive, based in Sungai Buloh. The Procurement Executive will handle day-to-day procurement activities, such as sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring adherence to budget and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in procurement and vendor management, including sourcing and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with procurement software solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
