Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
- To close monitoring on plant operation to ensure in line with production target.
- Coordinate with relevant department on scrap control and production cost control.
- monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs & set the quality standards.
- establish training program for all workers for skill up.
- select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
- ensure the health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
- supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Perform any task or job assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing lines is required for this positions.
- Required skills: MS Excel, MD Office
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 knowledge.
- Possess analysis tools, Leadership skill, Problem solving, communication skills, team player and fast learner.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge is add advantage.
