Our Client is a privately owned company incorporated in 1999, originally established as a one-stop provider of office equipment. Their offerings include interactive flat panels (IFP), photocopiers, laser printers, fax machines, all-in-one printers, and data projectors. With over 25 years of industry experience, our Client has grown into a leading supplier of office automation solutions within the Klang Valley.

Position: Showroom Executive (Event Space & Product Display)

Location: Pavilion Damansara Heights

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a professional, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Handle all showroom and event space bookings, including daily coordination and follow-ups.
- Support and attend business networking events (e.g., BNI meetings), requiring early morning presence when scheduled.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and event visitors, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate booking schedules and floor arrangements.
- Provide administrative support related to bookings, payments, and basic reporting.
- Collaborate in refining and implementing commission schemes related to showroom/event sales.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, both online and offline.
- Maintain basic product knowledge to assist with general inquiries on displayed items.

**Requirements**:

- Well-groomed and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, showroom, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings for meetings or events when needed.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3,800 to RM4,500

Commission-based incentives are provided

Benefit:
Allowance: N/A
Working Days: 5.5 days work week (Mon to Sat, Sat is half day)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) and Saturday (8.30am to 1.00pm)

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
