We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure excellent customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages. You will play an essential role in creating a positive experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide quick and efficient service.

**Food Preparation**: Assist with preparing menu items, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

**Order Handling**:Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide receipts to customers.

**Cleanliness and Maintenance**: Keep the dining area, kitchen, and equipment clean and sanitized according to health and safety guidelines.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

**Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.

**Adherence to Policies**: Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

**Problem Resolution**: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating to a manager when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
