**Responsibilities**:

- Creating content, including texts posts, design, video and images for use on social media. Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with a Company and social media strategy.
- To develop and execute social media strategies and to manage our social media platforms to create brand awareness and to improve impression.
- Has experience in publishing and is required to manage and oversee all our social media platforms in terms of their content, design, traffic and etc.
- To collaborate with the Marketing Department for content creation and to gain higher exposure for our product/services.
- Possess strong knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media platforms in terms of their best practices.
- Has solid understanding of web traffic and its key metrics to determine the KPIs and measurement for each campaign launched.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English and good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Retail Fashion Industry is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
