What you'll be doing?
  • Create captivating content: Develop and execute creative content across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Video production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms.
  • Content planning: Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Collaborate with marketing: Work with marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of social media trends, video styles, and viral formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Optimize content: Tailor content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor performance: Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Community engagement: Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
Who are they looking for?
  • Video Production Skills: Experience in video shooting and editing with hands-on expertise in creating engaging visual content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut for content creation and design work.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication and content creation across diverse audiences.
  • Creative Skills: Skilled in photography, videography, and visual storytelling for compelling content development.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent Work: Ability to generate fresh ideas independently and produce high-quality content.
  • Content Creation Experience: Minimum 1 years' experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing role is an added advantage.
  • Live Streaming: Experience in livestreaming is a plus for enhanced content delivery.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or above in marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Arts or any related field is preferred.
