Coda is looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented **Social Media Manager**to lead our social media strategy and execution for both B2B and B2C marketing. Social media for B2B audiences involves using social media channels such as LinkedIn to drive brand awareness and generate leads through **Coda.co**. Social media for B2C audiences pertains to managing established social media channels globally to drive user awareness and engagement for **Codashop**, webstores we build and manage through **Coda Custom Commerce**, and other webstores we provide alternative payment methods for through **Codapay**.
This role would benefit from experience and/or understanding of gaming, fintech, digital content, or content monetization from both a business and consumer lens. You will report to the Director, Global Communications and will work closely with the Brand and Design, B2C Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service teams. **Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Expertise**: Develop and execute a social media strategy that contributes to B2B marketing objectives of driving brand awareness and generating leads. Develop and execute global and regional social media strategies (audience analysis, competitor analysis, content themes and calendars) that contribute to B2C marketing objectives of driving user awareness and engagement for Codashop, Coda Custom Commerce, and webstores with Codapay.
- ** Content Scheduling & Publishing**: Own and oversee the execution of the global editorial plan, ensuring timely content deployment across B2B and B2C social media platforms while maintaining alignment with marketing priorities.
- ** Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics, generating weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring reports and insights to optimize engagement and impact.
- ** Brand Monitoring**: Actively track interactions, audience inquiries, and use social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) to track sentiment, trends, and brand mentions.
- ** Campaign & Cross-Functional Coordination**: Work closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to support priority campaigns and align social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- ** Project & Task Management**: Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage content requests, track deliverables, and maintain organized workflows for social media assets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, and/or content marketing
- Experience working collaboratively across functions and teams
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, specifically on content marketing, LinkedIn, and social media as an outbound marketing channel
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and strategies, specifically on integrated marketing communications and GTM strategy development
- Knowledge of digital content verticals such as gaming, live streaming, entertainment, and e-commerce is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies and craft engaging and persuasive messaging
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using social media analytics (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite) and other tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Analytics) to measure success and optimize performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
