**Work Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership & Sales Strategy
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with business goals.
- Define, implement, and monitor sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Set, track, and be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales and marketing functions.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through coaching, training, and motivation.

Sales Execution (B2C & B2B)
- Drive B2C and B2B sales efforts for both local and international real estate projects.
- Develop and execute direct-to-consumer sales campaigns and B2B outreach programs.
- Work closely with developers and project stakeholders to understand and promote project USPs.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales funnel optimization.

Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Oversee marketing activities including digital campaigns, offline promotions, events, and public relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop content, creatives, and campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility and lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications.

Channel Management & Agency Relationships
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners, including real estate agencies and brokers.
- Build long-term relationships with agencies to strengthen the company’s sales network.
- Conduct regular training and engagement sessions with agency partners to align them with project
- offerings.

International Project Familiarization
- Study and understand real estate projects from Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan with the goal of selling them locally within Malaysia.
- Liaise with developers and project owners to obtain detailed knowledge of project features, benefits, and sales collateral.
- Translate international project knowledge into compelling sales pitches tailored to local buyer needs.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and team productivity.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management to support business growth.

**Work Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity, from property background.
- Organized and self-critical on work produced.
- Strong content savviness.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

**Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM
