As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team and assisting with various marketing activities. You will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote our products or services. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.

Supporting digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating content, and monitoring engagement.

Assisting with the coordination and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences.

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Assisting in the implementation of SEO strategies and optimization of website content.

Coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.

Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
