**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified sales leads.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance market reach and brand credibility.
- Plan and manage marketing events to engage target audiences and support sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, offering insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Strengthen brand presence through compelling content, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.
- Develop and document SOPs for recurring marketing operations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer behaviours, and business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in campaign execution, lead generation, and event marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Awareness of current industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Ability to create and present compelling marketing reports, campaign updates, and strategic plans.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
