**Requirements**
- Students majoring in marketing, design, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type), and English (Speak, Read, Type).
- Ability to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Thoroughness and accuracy in editing social media content.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and changes in the social media landscape.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Responsibility**

Content Creation & Design:

- Use design tools (such as Canva) to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.

Content Scheduling and Publishing:

- Schedule posts for optimal times under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Assist in publishing content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely posting.

Community Management:

- Assist in monitoring comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages under supervision.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Gather data on social media performance (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.
