- **Qualifications, Knowledge And Skill Requirements**:_
- _Minimum Qualification & Field of Study :_
- _Minimum SPM with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English_
- _Past experience relevant to our company requirement also considerable._
- **Minimum Year(s) of Work Experience and preferred field of Work/Industry**:_
- _Knowledgeable and experience in retail, F&B and servicing line is an added advantage._
- **Skills And Competencies**:_
- _Computer literate is added advantage_
- **Personal Attributes**:_
- _Friendly, active, fun and outgoing _
- _Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with people from all levels_
- _Team spirited, responsible and with positive work attitude_
- _Able to work shifts, weekends, midnights and public holidays._
- **Principal Accountabilities **:_
- Customer Service - _
- Welcomes and connects with every customer.
- Offers customer demonstrations and samples to create an opportunity for the customers to interact with the product.
- Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer
- Demonstrates the good behavior by taking care of customer needs.
- _Cash Handling-_
- _Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies._
- _Maintain and ensure smooth operation of sales at the ticketing box and candy bar _
- Sales
- _Upselling and suggestive selling _
- _Responsible for customer needs and appropriately suggests products to enhance service and meet sales goals._
- SOP Compliance -_
- _To ensure SOP compliance at all the touch points_

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM8.00 per hour
