**Requirements**:

- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, IT Hardware, Networking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Technical Skills (preferred)**
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- **Networking Expertise**: VLAN configuration, trunking, structured cabling (Cat6), and PABX system setup.
- **Hands-on experience with networking hardware**: Switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- **CCTV & Telephone System**: Planning, installation, and maintenance of networked security and communication systems.
- **IT Support**: Troubleshoot and support user PCs, including hardware and software issues.
- **Server Administration**: Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
- **Security Awareness**: Understanding of network security best practices.

**Responsibilities**
- **Network Management**: Configure and manage VLANs, trunking, and network segmentation for optimized performance.
- **Hardware & Connectivity**: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling (Cat6), switches, access points, and PABX systems.
- **CCTV & Telephone Systems**: Support planning, installation, and maintenance of surveillance and voice communication networks.
- **Technical Support**: Provide assistance for end-user devices, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- **Preventive & Corrective Maintenance**: Perform regular system checks and diagnose issues effectively.
- **IT Asset & License Management**: Maintain records and ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
- **Server & Cloud Services**: Assist in server maintenance, backup solutions, and cloud-based operations.

**Preferred Certifications**
- **Networking**: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
- **Server & Systems**: MCSA, CompTIA Server+, Linux+
- **Security & Infrastructure**: Security+, macOS Support Essentials

**Job Types**
- Internship (Full-time, potential for permanent placement based on performance)
- **Pay**: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
