Calon yang menunjukkan prestasi cemerlang berpeluang untuk dinaikkan pangkat sebagai Ketua Pentadbir (Admin Lead) dengan tanggungjawab mengetuai pasukan pentadbiran dan gaji sehingga RM 3,000 sebulan. Tanggungjawab Utama Memberi maklum balas kepada pelanggan dengan profesional dan segera Menghantar arahan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar kepada pelanggan Menyimpan rekod komunikasi pelanggan secara teratur Merujuk isu atau permintaan khas kepada pasukan operasi atau housekeeping Berkerjasama dengan pasukan pentadbir jarak jauh (berpusat di Indonesia) untuk memastikan liputan 24/7 Menyediakan sokongan asas dan membantu menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan dengan cepat Kelayakan Warganegara Malaysia yang tinggal di kawasan Cyberjaya atau sekitarnya Penguasaan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris (lisan dan bertulis); bahasa tambahan adalah satu kelebihan Mahir menggunakan komputer dan pelbagai platform web Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan sentiasa responsif semasa syif Wajib bersedia bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum Menepati masa, profesional, dan mempunyai sikap mesra pelanggan Faedah Gaji: RM 1,800 - RM 2,500 sebulan (bergantung kepada pengalaman) Peluang Kenaikan Pangkat: Calon yang cemerlang akan dinaikkan sebagai Ketua Pentadbir (Admin Lead) dengan gaji sehingga RM 3,000 dan tanggungjawab mengetuai pasukan Latihan disediakan Suasana kerja yang positif dan menyokong Pendedahan kepada operasi hospitaliti dan pelanggan antarabangsa **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type - Full-time - Job Type - Non-Executive - Experience Level - < 1 year, 1-3 years, 3-5 years - Job Categories - Customer Svc/Call Centre - Minimum Education Required - Diploma atau Degree dalam bidang apa jua. - Language Required - English, Bahasa Malaysia - Nationality Preferred - Malaysians Only - Gender Preferred - All Genders - Own Transport - None **SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary **RM 1,800 to RM 2,500 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional) - EPF and Medical Insurance for staff sahaja, selepas confimation.
