GL Academy, a renowned branch of the GL Education Group, is seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing high-quality English as a Second Language (ESL) education to students aiming to improve their English proficiency for academic and professional purposes.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic ESL teachers who can deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying levels of English proficiency. As a teacher at GL Academy, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, helping students achieve their language goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive ESL lessons that cater to the needs of students.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to curriculum development.
- Assign and evaluate homework that reinforces classroom learning objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching ESL students is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
