We are a growing education centre based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, dedicated to delivering high-quality English education to students of all ages. We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Full-Time English Teacher to join our team and help shape the future of our learners.

Position

Full-Time English Teacher

Salary

RM 3,300 – RM 5,500

(commensurate with qualifications and experience)

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering both group and private English classes across various age levels:

  • Kindergarten
  • Primary / Elementary
  • Secondary / High School
  • Adults

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, level-appropriate English lessons
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating class timetables
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with parents and adult learners
  • Adapt materials and lesson plans to fit diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Education or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid Teaching Permit issued by the Ministry of Education (KPM) (or willingness to apply upon employment)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably ESL)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to teach a wide range of age groups
  • Professional, dependable, and student-focused mindset

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate in Japanese, Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage
  • Experience in teaching IELTS and/or IGCSE English is highly preferred

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 5 to 6 days per week
  • Includes weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
