**Position**: Bookkeeper

**Job Summary**:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for recording, organizing, and maintaining accurate financial records of the company. This role ensures all transactions are updated, accounts are balanced, and reports are prepared on time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
- Maintain and update accounting ledgers and spreadsheets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and filing.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Excel / accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
