- Handle daily accounting entries using AutoCount
- Key in and verify Sales Invoices, Official Receipts, and Payment Vouchers
- Prepare Debtor Aging reports and basic sales summaries
- Assist in monitoring cashflow and outstanding accounts
- Update item cost and support basic gross profit checking
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and follow company SOP
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure proper documentation
- Experience using AutoCount accounting system
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined
- Able to follow procedures and work independently
- Accounting or admin experience is an advantage
