**Primary Objective**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
From Current JD - Team Member, System Support & Solutions

Liaise with vendors, service providers, Exchanges, Clearing brokers on matters relating to systems & platforms

Assist in supervision, monitoring and user assistance for trading systems and platforms Assist end to end on boarding of Institution/ HFT/Algo clients to ensure smooth transition through the on boarding process. Assist in testing and implementation of System/ Platforms Support and resolve clients/ FBR's system issues & complaints

Effectively manage the workflow of any CRs raised and assess its impact to relevant business units, and help in converting business requirements into functional documents

**Functions from E-business development**
- Conducts project management and implementation role in large projects (Raise CR, document user requirement, conduct UAT, etc)
- Provides support to systems inclusive of regions
- Coordinates system related meetings such as Trading System Operational Risk (TSOR) and Project Steering Committee for projects (inclusive regional projects i.e. Vietnam)
- Handle user complaint/feedback on trading system, and provide issue resolution
- Assumes Website administrator responsibilities
- Publishing anouncements via different channels (web, trading system, EDM, etc)
- Handles execution of digital partnerships i.e. AirAsia on loyalty points maintenance, etc

**Functions from Solutions Management & Trading platform support**
- Provides second line of support to branches
- Conducts maintenance and monitoring of systems i.e. renewal of digital certs to system enhancements (mostly BAU), and see through the entire SDLC process from CR raising to UAT and deployment
- Conduct sanity test post enhancement
- Raise Purchase Requests and perform receiving in iProcurement for vendor subscription renewals or adhoc purchases.
- Data extraction for reporting or investigation of trading system issues
- Contract renewal of technical vendors
- Review of payment instructions prior to submission for approval
- Track system expenditure vs budget

**Functions from Regional Futures & Commodities (Business Development)**
- Project manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables of system initiatives, including seeking internal approval and providing functional documents, and see through the entire SDLC till deployment
- Providing system support and maintenance
- System vendors management
- Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
- Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
- Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
- Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
- Analyse data and solves data-related issues
- Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis

**Requirements**:

Bachelor Degree - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional qualifications.

1-2 years relevant working experience in Futures, Securities or financial services industry

Strong expertise in technological requirements for Equities & Futures, with business acumen to convert requirements into technical and functional documents

Strong knowledge in Equities & Futures products
