**About the Company**

Gintell established in the year 1996 and has been expanding its business and have distribution network of more than 130 outlets throughout Southeast Asia.
- To assist in planning, organizing & coordinate nationwide events/roadshows.
- To handle and communicate with all the event support facilities, logistic, shopping mall management, various business partners, manpower arrangement for events/ roadshows set up & dismantles.
- To be on site for events/ roadshows set up and work closely with on-site contractors.
- Prepare budgets for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
- Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
- To deal with bank marketing related activities.
- Assist with project management works such as timelines, records, budgets, proposal and payment.
- Maintain up to date internal documents / records / reports such as planning sheets, time sheets, expenses, agenda, minutes, vendor list, shopping complexes.
- Assist in digital & social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking & monitoring.
- ATL & BTL planning & budgeting.
- Copywriting & translation & proofreading, press release writing.
- Media tie up & contest & event sponsorship.
- Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and website visitor data, to improve the campaign efficacy.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Willing to work on Monday - Friday (9.00am-6.00pm) & Saturday (9.00am-1.00pm)
