Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our creative team, driving new business and managing social media campaigns from start to finish. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional results on platforms like Xiaohongshu.

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition:

  2. Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from our specialized social media marketing services.

  3. Develop and present tailored proposals that address client needs, particularly for the Xiaohongshu platform.

  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  5. Social Media & Campaign Management:

  6. Liaise with clients to create, plan, and execute innovative social media strategies and content plans.

  7. Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives performance.

  8. Prepare and deliver insightful reports on campaign performance, client meetings, and content schedules.

  9. Execution & Collaboration:

  10. Travel for client meetings, events, and on-site content shoots as needed.

  11. Work closely with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of all marketing tasks.
  12. Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, especially on Xiaohongshu, to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency in CapCut & Canva for content creation
  • Familiarity with Xiaohongshu platform and trends

Essential:

  • Strong interest and understanding of social media, with a particular passion for 小红书 (Xiaohongshu).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • A proactive and ambitious individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing your time and projects effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary (replacement leave is provided).
