**JOB PURPOSES**:

- Responsible for the overall success and operation of the student services of the Student Affairs & Alumni of academy.
- Responsible for supervising all the focus areas under Student Services.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Manage the implementation of plebe orientation programs within the campus with the aim of familiarizing new plebes with the campus and enabling plebes, faculty, and staff to meet in person [FBA1]
- Lead and plan the development of relevant policies & procedures and review the Pre-Sea Code of Conducts where necessary in line with the Company’s guidelines and needs to keep abreast with the latest development.
- Provide support and assistance for any relevant fellowships and local/international programs/engagement opportunities to promote positive exposure and development.
- Develop and manage support programs for plebes to solve and reduce campus crises or disciplinary issues to ensure plebes’ welfare and wellbeing are taken care.
- Manage the physical and mental health assessment and provide confidential consultations to plebes on an individual basis on a wide variety of issues both personal and professional e.g., stress, study, and health problems.
- Manage all processes related to the assignment of hostels, lockers[FBA2], uniforms/shirts, Codes of Conduct, ID access and other relevant items for students as they enrol into the campus or participate in any of the programs/curricula within the campus.
- Ensure the database/documentations of the plebes are updated and compiled, synthesized, and recorded in the most useful manner for future reference in compliance with Company’s policy and procedures.
- Ensure the Student Disciplinary Tribunal be conducted according to the policy, procedure and guidelines.
- Ensure the good rapport with all bodies that offer scholarship to the academy and understand the scope of coverage.
- Exploring new opportunities for scholarship or financial aids.
- Ensure all facilities in hostel is well-maintained and in good condition and the students live in conducive environment.
- Coordinate the insurance matters with relevant parties.
- Maintaining good rapport with alumni of the academy and plan activities for the engagement with the alumni.
- Maintaining the database of alumni of academy.
- Any another tasks assigned by HOD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM7,600.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
