**ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE**
- Manage quote-order-bill-invoice-payment for assigned customers in bid stage and post-sales stage across OBS internal stakeholders - Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance, etc.
- Contribute to major KPIs on assigned accounts, such as quotes, orders, revenue, accounts receivable, profitability and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage and provide regular invoicing reporting as per request of assigned customers. Work with expert teams to achieve resolution of complex Request to Cash issues, e.g., credit notes, invoice disputes, overdue payments.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with project stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing, tracking, and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Collect and organize project data for effective decision-making.
- Assist with tracking project finances, including budgeting and reporting.
- Support resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization.
- Assist with quality assurance tasks and process documentation.
- Identify and report project risks and assist with mitigation plans.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Support benefits tracking and reporting.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Document lessons learned and shared with team members. Support project handover process and prepare documentation and training materials for smooth transition.

**about you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, in business, finance, supply chain or related field
- Fresh graduate or young professional with no more than 2 years of work experience with recognized degree in any discipline.
- Customer-focused with highly effective customer management and communication skills
- Ability to cut through organizational silos to achieve collaborative customer outcomes
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- General knowledge of telecommunications/IT products/solutions Self-starter, highly resourceful and able to learn independently.

This is an 18 moths program and you will be rotated between Project Management Associate and Account Associate role which the role holder will undergo a comprehensive development journey.
