**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for Southeast Asian offices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for efficient container movements.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of crucial documents (BL, LC, Invoice, packing list, Form E) to Singapore HQ.
- Process and manage purchase orders for the Southeast Asian region.
- Assist in customs clearance processes for Southeast Asian shipments.
Perform administrative functions and other tasks assigned by leaders.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
- Responsible, independent and proactive individual yet able to work well in a team.
