Foundation Manager

Role Overview:
BAKASA is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Foundation Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and manage fundraising activities. The Foundation Manager will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of BAKASA by fostering strategic partnerships with corporate leaders, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and ensuring efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee the daily administrative functions of the organization, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and fundraising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to non-profit organizations.
2. Fundraising and Development:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support from corporate partners, individual donors, and grant-making institutions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate leaders, philanthropists, and potential donors.
- Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials to solicit support for BAKASA's programs and projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling fundraising campaigns and promotional materials.
3. Donor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and corporate sponsors, ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions.
- Provide personalized stewardship to donors, including regular updates on the impact of their support and opportunities for engagement with BAKASA's initiatives.
- Organize donor appreciation events and recognition programs to express gratitude for their generosity.
4. Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure reports.
- Track donations, grants, and sponsorships, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide input on financial planning and resource allocation to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably Male
- English & Malay speaker
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
