Consultant - Iso

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized management system and ISO certification strategies.
- Provide guidance on documentation, process mapping, and procedural improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare clients for ISO certification audits by conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and readiness reviews.
- Work closely with certification bodies and auditors to facilitate successful ISO certification processes.
- Monitor the performance of management systems and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to client personnel on management system standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Requirements**_:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Quality Management, Environmental Science).
- Professional certifications related to ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
