**General Requirements**
**Educational Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee records).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Behavioural Traits**
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
**Language Proficiency**
- Proficient in written and spoken Malay and English (additional languages are an advantage).
**Specific Requirements for HR Functions**
**Recruitment Assistance**
- Support in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
**Documentation and Filing**
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents (e.g., employment letters, contracts).
**Onboarding and Orientation**
- Help coordinate new employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare welcome kits or other onboarding materials.
**Specific Requirements for Administrative Support**
**General Office Support**
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g., answering calls, managing correspondence).
- Help manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
**Event Coordination**
- Support in organizing meetings, workshops, or training sessions.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
**Data Entry and Reporting**
- Compile and prepare reports as needed by the HR or administrative team.
- Ensure timely and accurate data input.
**Other Requirements (if applicable)**
- Internship duration: Minimum 3-6 months (preferred).
- Additional certifications or experience (e.g., in HR software or customer service) are a plus.

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
