**Responsibilities**:

- Record and execute incoming purchase order, delivery, documents and payment process according to Sales Process.
- Carry out clerical duties including maintain proper record, scanning, photocopy and filling.
- Answer and handle all incoming calls in good manner.
- Record all incoming enquiry.
- Provide full support to sales person.
- Coordinate with forwarders on shipping arrangement.
- Ready and willing to take up additional tasks as required meet the company needs and development.

**Experience & Qualification**:

- STPM/ diploma in Business Management
- 2-3 years working experience
- Able to communicate in English and ability to communicate in other languages and local dialects will be an added advantage
- Computer literature in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
