**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and manage **digital marketing campaigns** targeting C-end consumers, including platform selection, audience segmentation, and language optimization.
- Plan and execute **offline marketing activities**, including site visits and B-end business engagements, to build partnerships and drive brand awareness.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including **advertising copy, design drafts, social media content, and event planning documents**.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Implement and manage **SEO and SEM strategies**, optimizing content and website visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with brand identity and product positioning.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **digital marketing**, including platform management and audience targeting (B2C).
- Experience with **offline marketing activities** and business engagement (B2B).
- Proficiency in producing **advertising copy, design drafts, social media content, and event planning documents**.
- Strong understanding of **SEO and SEM principles**, with practical experience in optimizing campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of marketing within the **tech industry** is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- SEO/SEM tools and techniques
- Social media management
- Content creation and copywriting
- Data analysis and reporting
- Campaign planning and execution
- Understanding of B2C and B2B marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in a technology company
- Knowledge of multilingual content creation
- Understanding of branding principles and product positioning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
