Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the formulation and testing of new food products according to established recipes and specifications.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate ingredient functionality, stability, and sensory properties.
- Prepare samples for testing, including cooking, blending, and packaging.
- Record and analyze data from experiments, documenting results accurately in lab notebooks and digital databases.
- Collaborate with R&D team members to troubleshoot issues and refine product formulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, adhering to all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Assist in sensory evaluation sessions, collecting feedback from panelists.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to food science.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a laboratory or food production environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with laboratory equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
