Assistant Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Support & Execution**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, and events).
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources needed for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with adjustments based on real-time data and feedback.

**2. Content Development & Management**:

- Support the creation and management of marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Ensure content is optimized for various platforms and audiences.

**3. Digital Marketing Support**:

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for digital strategies.

**4. Brand Support**:

- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging, working closely with the Marketing Manager to uphold brand standards.

**5. Market Research & Analytics**:

- Assist in conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and other key metrics.
- Help provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve marketing strategies.

**6. Event and Offline Marketing Support**:

- Support the planning and coordination of offline marketing efforts, including events, trade shows, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns.
- Assist with logístical aspects of marketing events and ensure seamless execution.

**7. Budget & Resource Management**:

- Help monitor marketing budgets and assist in ensuring that marketing campaigns stay within budget.
- Track and report on expenses for various marketing initiatives.

**8. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating activities and meeting deadlines across departments.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**2. Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with some exposure to digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.

**3. Communication Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey marketing ideas and content clearly and effectively.

**4. Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Comfort with using analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness.

**5. Creativity**:

- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail when producing marketing content.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

**7. Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**8. Digital Savviness**:

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe).

**- 5 days work week**

**- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm**

**- Working location at Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru**

**- 12 days Annual Leave**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
