Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, content creation, and digital initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills, eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools

Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and customer mailing lists

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Coordinate the production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, signage)

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support brand consistency

Manage administrative tasks related to the marketing function, including scheduling, filing, and budget tracking

Support the marketing team in daily administrative duties

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department in implementing effective marketing strategies and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. You will help drive engagement across multiple channels, assist with event coordination, and provide day-to-day support to the wider marketing team.

This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career looking to gain broad experience in digital marketing, communications, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to achieve departmental goals, ensure timely delivery of marketing content, and maintain a consistent brand presence.

You’ll Be Involved In:
Website content updates and SEO optimization

Supporting event planning (virtual and in-person), including logistics and promotion

Tracking marketing KPIs and preparing monthly reports

Assisting in the creation of presentations and sales support materials

**Requirements**:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant work or internship experience (preferred but not required)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools is advantageous
