**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Good understanding of Sneaker/Footwear related social media trends
- Conduct research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize social media presence.
- Monitor and identify Footwear/Sneakers Industry related social media trends.
- Plan and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across platforms.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Work closely with Creative team (Photographer/Graphic Designer) to create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Write engaging and relevant captions and headlines that resonate with the target audience and align with brand voice.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising team for brand’s asset social media executive.

**3. Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering engagement and building relationships with the audience.
- Proactively engage with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand reach and increase social media following.
- Product Seeding reposting & Campaign briefing and reposting
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and customer testimonials.

**4. Social Media Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and messaging to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor ad performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 2 years experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
