- ⁠Source and procure a wide variety of FMCG products, with a primary focus on personal care and F&B categories.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop and manage relationships with suppliers from Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- ⁠ ⁠Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**:

- ⁠ Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics for the movement of products from supplier countries to Singapore.
- Ensure timely delivery to support both retail and e-commerce operations.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with logistics service providers to streamline the shipment process, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with import/export regulations.

**SKU Management**:

- ⁠ ⁠Work towards achieving and maintaining a target of at least 6,000 SKUs across personal care and F&B categories.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to identify product gaps, forecast demand, and develop strategies for SKU expansion.

**Supplier Evaluation & Performance**:

- **⁠** ⁠Monitor and assess supplier performance, focusing on quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards.

**Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on market trends, emerging products, and potential new suppliers within the FMCG sector.
- ⁠ ⁠Provide insights to inform the product selection process and enhance the company’s competitive positioning.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- ⁠ ⁠At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in the personal care or F&B categories.
- ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in procurement and logistics management, preferably with regional sourcing from Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand.

**Skills**:

- ⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- ⁠ ⁠Proficient in supply chain management and logistics processes.
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements for Singapore.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
